Description
These templates allow routing of different sized rounded corners on any workpiece using a bearing guided pattern bit. Layout, cutting and cleanup work is greatly minimized. The set include three (3) clear templates each containing four (4) different sized radii. Sizes range from 1/8″ to 1″ in 1/16″ increments. Sizes include: 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 7/16″, 1/2″, 9/16″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 7/8″, and 1″. Each individual jig is CNC machined from 5/16″ acrylic and are 4-3/4″ square. Comes with 4 alignment pins to position templates exactly where you want a rounded corner and screws to secure while being routed.
