Simply place your workpiece into the Auto-Jig, engage the system, and let the Drill Guide Block and Drill Bit Collar automatically adjust to the material thickness. This ensures the perfect depth and angle every time, giving you the most accurate and efficient pocket holes possible.
With its built in Auto-Adjust Clamp, you can switch between material thicknessesfrom a 24 to a 1/2″ panelwithout resetting. Just clamp and go! Plus, the Color-Coat system ensures youre always using the optimal screw length, making your joinery precise and hassle-free.

Just like the Guide Block, the Drill Bit Collar automatically adjusts to the correct depth in sync with the Guide Block. Secure it with the onboard Allen wrench, and youre ready to drill. -
Color-Coated Screw Guide (Color Coat System)
The Color-Coat system matches the optimal screw length to the material thickness and pocket hole depth for maximum accuracy. For example, a 3/4″ material thickness corresponds to a yellow screw length of 1 1/4″.As a bonus, the Color-Coat screws feature an anti-corrosive coating, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor projects.
The Auto-Jig was made with the wood worker in mind. All features are self contained in this system: self-adjusting drill guide block, self-adjusting drill bit and collar, auto-adjusting clamp, and dust collection port. The jig is set to the perfect height to allow standard 24s to be used as extension wings and it can easily be affixed to any surface for a more permanent work station.
