This straight edge has a hardened, satin chrome finished blade that is ground and lapped for straightness andparallelismand has true right angle on all edges with one long beveled edge. Beveled edge is graduated in 64ths and is precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability. Rule is24-3/16″ long, 1-9/16″ wide and 3/16th thick and weigh in at almost 3 pounds. This is a substantial rule. Accuracy is guaranteed to be +/- 0.0015″ (one and a half thousandths of an inch) over thelengthof the blade.Rule come in an imitation leather pouch to store when not in use.
