Description

Make a set of square and round scratch awls to your own unique design using this piece awl kit. This kit is made by Narex of the Czech Republic and is of exceptional quality. The blade is made from Chrome Vandium Cr-V steel and heat treated to 61 HRc. Blade tips are ground and sharpened and ready to use. Epoxy blades in place for a secure fit. Brass ferrules are OD 0.471″ and ID 0.0435″ and 0.361″ long. Ferrules are proper ferrules with inside bevels and annealed so will not split with wood movement. This awl kit is an excellent value for a good quality tool.
