100% made in USA by Products Engineering Company (PEC Tools), a premier US measuring tool manufacturer. These rulers are made from the finest stainless steel available and hardened and tempered. They have a Titanium Nitride coating for extreme scratch resistance and ultra-high contrast. Both long edges are ground flat and straight. Graduations are precision photo etched and then black filled graduations for easy readability.
