These squares are perfect for the professional machinist, meticulous wood worker, or DIY perfectionist. Each square is made from 2 pieces of tool steel. The bases and blades are riveted together with 2 tapered pins producing a strong and invisible joint. All faces and edges are ground and lapped for straightness and parallelism. Each square guaranteed to be accurate to 0.001″ over the length of the blade.
