Description
RARE form of Billings & Spencer USA multiblade screwdriver. This must be a slightly later example than the normal 1896 patent versions I have seen before. All the versions of this tool I have seen have had a shaped rosewood handle to the top that slots into the round hollow end of the stem, I have never seen this version before. I assume the round top part would have originally had a rosewood insert. It definitely hasn’t been adapted as the body is all cast in one piece including the ring top. 4″ long.
