These replacement screws are ideal as spares for chip breakers/cap irons on Stanley, Record, or Clifton hand planes. They are also suitable for use with thicker blades in these planes, easily accommodating blades up to 0.25″ thick, The threads measure 0.277″ long and are 5/16-18″ UNC. The Slot is 0.061″ wide and .0.082″ deep.
