Up for sale is a hard to find vintage STANLEY No:278 REBATE / RABBET / DADO PLANE, made in America.
A handy plane with 2 x nicker spurs for Dado work & cutting across the grain & a removable front section that converts the plane into a chisel plane.
Weight: 850g
CONDITION
This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear and tear consistent with age & use, some finish loss, depth stop and fence are present. Sharpen it up & rebate away.
